End User Privacy Policy

Last Updated: March 11, 2020

This Privacy Notice applies to information we automatically collect as part of processing payments via the following brands: LawPay, CPACharge, MedPay, and AffiniPay for Associations.

We use "Google reCAPTCHA" (hereinafter "reCAPTCHA") when providing payment processing services to our clients. reCAPTCHA is used to combat fraud and verify that data has been entered by our clients’ end users rather than an automated program. This entails collecting a variety of pieces of data from our clients’ end users, including IP address, how long the visitor has been on the website, or mouse movements made by the user. This information is then shared with Google to confirm that data is not being entered by an automated program (and likely fraudulent). For more information about Google reCAPTCHA and Google's privacy policy, please visit the following links: https://policies.google.com/privacy and https://policies.google.com/terms.

We may change this Privacy Notice from time to time to reflect new services, changes in our practices or relevant laws. The “Last updated” legend at the top of this Privacy Notice indicates when this Privacy Notice was last revised. Any changes are effective when we post the revised Privacy Notice on our Site.
